Default My 1940 BSA WM20... Demobed 1969

I don't know if this will work but this is what the old bus looked like the last season I rode it....

I got a rear wheel puncture and while I was working on the QD (Ha!) rear wheel I noticed the head steady had fractured, which I guess is not bad after 70 years. I took the head off and saw how badly scored the barrel was, so off it came for a rebore, recut valves, new springs and piston + rings. Now I have to remove the bottom half and do a complete rebuild on that.....
Been riding for 40 years and my arse is really sore

I don't know if you have replaced the clutch plate corks in the old plates on one of them but if you haven't let me know before you start.
