Default Old triumph/BSA wheel

Just found knocking about in my conservatory an old triumph t140 (I believe) rear wheel, it's in really good nick with a decent avon mk2 tyre.. Was gonna stick it up for sale but can't seem to find any others for sale...

It's got a 16inch rim and is complete with a rusty old disc..

Worth anything??

Looks like chromed steel to me.. Solid though.. Wasn't expecting it to be worth anything like that... Glad I didn't bin it now!
