Default Speedo dial

More fun with the Dragstar.

Spotted yesterday that the speedo was in km rather than miles, although I think an adapter has been fitted to convert to mph (a brass cylinder on the speedo cable).

I'd rather dump this and replace the face with a dual MPH KM dial, where can I get one for a xvs650?

I can't help you with where to get it, probably google, just google speedo template..

I have an Indian MPH template on my Drifter and it reads actual MPH..but the odometer and trip meter still record in KPH so a 15 mile trip reads 24.

The only people who see it are me when it's running and others when it is doing nothing but look pretty.

John.

I think the speedo actualy runs as mph (as well as the odo) its just a pain saying km instead, I'd rather having proper and what not... I wont actually find out if thats right untill I ride it, which I cant atm :/
