Default Yamaha Dragstar Exhaust Mod

So I couldn't go 5 minutes without doing it

Small step to getting back on the road, but put a smile on my face!

So I did a short vid on how to do it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXmbtSf5uRY

Enjoy...

I was going to point out that you needed new drill bits and the wire brush was a bit fierce to be using near the chrome, but hey it's your bike and it looks like you have done a good job

The drill bit was new, when I bought it just before mi accident! Its just been sitting in a damp tool box while I was in hospital :P

Yeah the wire brush was an issue, the one I usualy use is exactly the right size, but needs must when your not in your own shed :/

Thankyou

Sounds much better. I,ll be making and fitting a stainless silencer to my Midnight Star very soon. Straight through 2" perforated inner with 3" slashcut outer.
