Default My collection: past, present and future...

I have had my bike licence nearly a year now, and its been quite an eventful one

Started off with a Honda Rebel copy, served me well for a couple of months while I was on my CBT cert...

Took my test and jumped on a standard SV650, albeit with a noisy can:

Had that for about 3 months then moved on to a VTR Firestorm. Micron cans, Pazzo levers, rear hugger, Airblade screen,

In the mean time I had a project going, getting a 1981 XJ550 back on the road. It passed its MOT a couple of months ago now, and its going nicely Just need a new exhaust really.

Finally this is sitting in my garage waiting for completion. Been working on it since last November, hoping to get it finished this year, ready for next summer. All new build, custom Softail frame, Ultima 127" engine, 6sp LSD box, 3.25" primary. 240 rear tyre, 130 front, 38 deg rake with 4" overs.

Just finished making the forward controls and now in the midst of making the seat pan. Loads of pics here:

Oh yeah, Locost - I read it as 'lost builders' and wondered why they hadn't just bought a map ...
