Default Truckin biker

Hi guys , i,m new to all this computer stuff (dos,nt even have a drain plug) so i thought i,d introduce myself . I,m chris from Bishops stortford in herts . I drive a truck by day and ride the rest ,Triumph being my current choice of steed . Just wondering if anyones local around here , got a little bike community down my way with diverse rides from trike (thats you spider) to sports bikes to my cruisin machine and a guy who like to own everything . Always interested to talk to like minded people or just to help out in tecknical difficultys. P.s leaving myself open to the truck driving bit ,Yes i know we,re arsholes .But hey ,i,m bigger than you.

Default there used to be a bond between bikers n truckers

wavy lines wavy lines wavy lines wavy lines wavy lines wavy lines wavy lines

back in the mists of time:

there were nights in fog, ice, rain I'd do the side to side thing for the truckers side mirrors-so he'd see me & i'd then tuck meself in tight behind away from the larger horrors, he'd tap the brake light before proper braking, so's I could see when he had to stop/slow down...& if he stopped at a service station we'd go get tea together, honest, that happened more than once,

I can't recall the last time I did that, do Bikers/truckers still do this?

back to the present: Ello matey!

You are a dying breed my friend and yes we do still do that for our smaller friends especialy when its very windy and they need a wind buffer . However with the influx of foreign drivers and idiots in 7.5 toners who drive on grandfather rights be carfull they don,t all know the code of drivers . and if you see us swerving across the road it means we're having a look behind . Still nothing like being on 2 wheels though.
