Ok, one it's a hoodie, not a patch, and would say it's really down to who see's it? Yes it's styled on bike club patch, but doesn't have a rocker or mc on it. Most people would know what it is, but then again, depends on who sees it and how they feel about it.

See that isn't official clothing from FX either, cos they know that it could cause problems, hence all official clothing from the show is done in a way that it can't be confused.

I think a club member would have to be really drunk and having a bad day and hating the way the bloke was talking to take exception to that..Put it on a cut off and ride to the Bulldog Bash with it and all bets are off.

Cheap spark plugs though..

John.

We have had a few people kick off at the SOA stuff that we sell on our stall.... We dont put the MC patch or the 1% on our design. But interestingly enough its never the back patch clubs who matter that kick off about it, It always seems to be the pissed up wannabes that start shouting off.

We have been at shows attended by the bigger clubs and they never seem to have a problem with it & we always have a good laugh about it with them. FFS its just a TV show and that is no different to wearing an A Team t shirt (although maybe slightly less embarressing)

Fuck that is stupid...How many learner riders will go for that and stick it on a leather jacket...probably the price might save some of them..

Personally I would rather ride around with a patch showing Buffy the vampire slayer naked if you have to advertise a TV show.

Dunno what's more stujpid, that, or this fool snapped in Sudbury a week or so before Chrimble. I'm going to be charitable and assume he was going to a fancy dress party.

So, a serious question to all you back patch guys.

If someone wears a big patch without rockers or MC patch, you don't care as long as its on a hoodie?

But if they wear the same patch on waistcoat whilst riding you do?

I've always been of the opinion that any big patch is questionable and wouldn't think of wearing anything like that, full stop

I can't speak for other clubs but, no, not really, given what I've seen/heard. We have people come to our club bike night wearing what could be described as center patches, Harley logos, Jack Daniels logos, skulls etc etc and I've never seen anyone object.

I think the issue is mainly around bottom rockers (location) and particularly the MC patch.

We were at a party recently where someone was wearing a SOA sweatshirt (minus the MC) and apart from some muttering about what a dick the 'redwood original' looked there was no problem.

No, he was pushing an elderly lady in the chair, I'm assuming it's his ma. Seen him out a few times with an old couple.

maybe the elderly couple of the deadwood originals

recently seen a lot of the black label society patch sets being worn down here, I had to look on the net to see what it was LOL

but at first glance they can look rather similar to what they are not.
