Default Harley spares

Where's the best place for spares? Need to get a few bits for me new bike!! Firstly, a new Battery.

My local Harley dealer was the cheapest place for a battery for my softail. They even beat Halfords.

When you do get it keep the battery on an Optimate.

Full-Bore
is not far from Hatfield they are H-D riders and good indy shop.

What model have you got? These are a good battery.

also look up v-twin mania on ebay, some good prices sometimes
ebay is a good start for harley stuff, i built both my harleys with ebay

keep an eye on warrs etc, m8 picked up a rear wheel and tyre for about 80 notes, 1 of them solid 1s for fatboys, i think they have table sale thing or summat at times.

i now do motobatt they use absorbed glass matt technology. lol ok not sure what that means but supplied a couple for buells and they seem fine
plus they come with 2 pos and 2 neg you just remove the caps on the relevant terminals and fit the supplied connections
and they a very fetching yellow colour too.

That looks good, I like the twin terminal idea, I think all bikes should have a lead from the positive terminal to the outside of the bike, with a plastic cap on the end so that you can jump start it without taking the seat off...If you haven't already fitted something else on the max, can I have one of those..

yes thats the way they are routed, but they look like they are for bigger bars
thats why they stick out so much, but at the price harley cables are i wouldn`t change till they broke
