Is that the bloke in Ilfracombe?

There's another lot in Mansfield doing frames and bodies on eBay too.

yeah he bought the name and title etc, has all the original moulds I beleive

does the frames, and bodies, as well as a range of his own parts, some of it is a bit........ hmm lacking in taste shall I say, BUT his quality is spot on, as is his pricing

I used to be a laminator and pattern fabricator, so know decent work when I see it.

They are all parked up in a big field, along with all the FJ1200 streetfighters, with their owners all getting drunk on cans in a big brown marquee listening to 70's rock and NWOBHM.

Oh hang on, that last one's not such a rarity, is it...?

Bloody hell Chinster, you must have more lives than a cat.

Hope it doesn't put you off the road for too long.

Cat B write off is not the end of the world for the trike, you can salvage what bits are still serviceable and get another frame built. Our man in Aberwristwatch would be my first call for a quote.

They will probably contact a local scrapyard to take it away so you should be able to make them a reasonable offer, The scrapyard is unlikely to offer any money, just free disposal so unless you really upset them you should be able to make a counter offer of something like 100. Offering a low buy back price will do two things, first it will show that you think the payout is not enough to repair it at a 750 price, plus it will show that they are not offering enough for a machine that would cost in excess of 10,000 to buy a replacement from phoenix.

Theres another one going to be back on the road in the next few weeks.

I'm going to be using one for a bit, long term loan while I get myself a trike sorted.

I'll bung a few piccies on, it has a bit of an interesting story attached to it.
