Default Its alive

Honestly did not think this thing would ever get done and it sounds daft the stress trying to sort it out all becuase of a bloody shock linkage that I could not find!! Turns out an fz750 will go on with modifications.
Wanted it for me all year round ratter so fingers crossed it will do its job nicely. Unbeleivably chuffed
And a big thanks to hardtail for his offer a decent bloke
Back on the road again...
Treated meself to a chocolate milkshake and some pork scratchings to celebrate.

Excellent news Jabba me good chap
I'm still umming and ah ing with the XJ900! Only thing I have any worry about is on the handling. If I get the front wheel on one of those glossy strips in the road where they've done some mending it goes a wobble, like a Scalextric jobbie! If I can get me head working (Tall order as you know mate) I'll get it in the daylight and have a nosey. It might be the head bearings are a bit loose or summat loike thaat. Other than that it's a spot on piece of kit and I'm going to say that, unless anybody does offer me a smaller bike for our kid before the end of the day (Unlikely) I'll ask the Moderators to remove the ad'. Hope to get down to Foreign sometime soon and I'll harass you for a coffee when I do
