Default latest bike

been a while since i put anything build-related on here, so, following on from the 'Bite Me' ZX9R feature in 100% a couple of months ago.

bandit 1200, bought in a right mess, done this, Mk1..

then added a ZX9R +5" drag swing arm. only thing, it's 2" wider at the pivot, so...

then added a ZX7RR USD front end, triumph 595 wheel n disc.

then raked it to make room for the turbo to go in (later).

Hang on. So - you're gonna turbo it and you've dropped one of your front brake disks?

Yet again Rob confirms my suspicion that he is a complete and utter Loony!

It looked quite sensible up to the point of cutting the top bit off and where the hell did you get that seat from? It's turned just another Matt Black Ratter into a unique bike. I am not going to try and guess what you will build next, Rob cos you build stuff that nobody else ever thinks of or even has the nerve. There's only one other bloke I know who does that and he's a loony too.
Nicely done feller.

Once again Rob, you have built a fukkin' cracker!
When I first got my 1200 Bandit, the first thing I wanted to do was matt it, and everyone said 'It will look horrid!', but the first pic on this thread has told me they were wrong. I would have been happy to buy that bike!
But now it has been 'Robbed', its in a class of its own................

Well done Rob, hats off ta ya babe........................xxxx

all done and back on the road. off to guernsey on it in a week or so, so the turbo fitment'll have to wait till i get back.
also, in the background is the green oak barn 4 of us have been building for a mate on his farm. i don't normally like woodwork, but the big stuff is fun.
