I have stickied this thread for one week so folks can spread the word. I hope lots of folks give him the send off he deserves.

My understanding is that it's not from WB to Taunton, just the funeral in Taunton itself.

I'll spread this around.

More details here. Please accept my apologies for the incorrect suggestion it was from WB. Read the article too fast.

Looks like the police are "assessing" the idea of a motorcycle run, so I'd keep an eye on this one

Thanks for that, Bird. It has been passed on.

We all know that a Funeral Cortege for a fallen biker can be marshalled safely and efficiently, so I hope the plod don't take a dim view of his mothers wishes.

Default police

I sent an E-mail to the police and have had a reply that they will run a rehearsal on friday for road closures so that this can go ahead for monday.

But as yet no start point or meeting area that they can tell us ???

Apparently they have been deluged in requests for this to be allowed.

I was considering sending them an E-Mail myself in support of allowing the procession to go ahead as we have more than enough experience to safely marshall such an event. I see that more than enough folks also had the same idea so I hope they grant his mothers wishes.

I have seen it on the harleyriders site as well

Tell you what those cunts in luton this week have now caused this to happen so good lets show them and support our troops without being embarrassed like we are meant to feel flying our flag!

The usa patriot riders give support and protection to the troops funerals.

And fuck the police considering the procession! Mum's asked she will get!

I would love to take part and show my respects but I am deploying at the end of the month and still have loads of training to do.

As a serving soldier I would like to thank all on here for your support. Shame there are those in the country that think differently. There aren't any words to describe what Tom's family will be feeling at the moment but I guarantee this action will speak louder than words.

RiP mucker.

For out of towners From J25 M5 head towards Taunton to first set of traffic lights. Turn left it's called Bridgwater rd but your going away from Bridgwater.

Next set of lights keep right Bus garage will be on your left.

Don't go to the bus station

See you there
