Default Borderline obsession

Apologies if this has been posted already, I did do a search for XS650 but none of the results indicated they might be this link.

http://www.xs650.org.au/kev%27s%20turbo.htm

Can't wait to see the final result.

I read it then went back to this bit

Kev's bike started out as a XS650B that was previously owned by his father

and tried to think of a single component from the original bike, new frame, front end, rear end, induction system, tank, head, barrels, gearbox, engine casings, alternator, exhaust, etc christ what's left the toolbox ?

Thats a great read on a great project. I'm concerned about his using a Harley regulator, in my experiance their solid state stuff lacks in reliability.

He is obviously pretty much an expert in what he does, but if he's got it wrong regs are very easy to change.
