Rode from Somerset to Brighton and back at the weekend and didn't see a single filling station without fuel until I got home to pensioner central. Those daft old bastards have filled the tanks of their Hyundais and Dawoos to the brim, even tho they only drive ten miles a month.

Fuckwits.

rather than putting ,say a 30 quid limit on fuel ,the twat in the jag can bung in 100 quid "just in case" and the guy who needs to get to the factory to feed his kids gets feck all.....its all wrong...

we cleared out as well, BP, sainsburys, morrisons to name a few, was sat on the bike waiting to fill it, as I do 2 tanks a week just commuting, the idiots brimming 4x4's etc, there was 3 cars in a row that were with 1 family the father went in to pay, 204 of fuel in total!!!!

its no coincicdence that all the prices gone up just as the fuel is short

if this does get seriuos I got no idea how we going to get to work etc, me and wife do 100 of diesel a month, and I do about 60 in petrol on the bike, might have to take the large jerry cans for a drive to make sure the bikes got fuel

It'll be 12 miles a day for me, and I'm a proper lazy cow - but i suppose its going to be dual purpose - i'll lose weight and become an absolute sex goddess as well as saving fuel money!

Right down towards the end - drivers who buy petrol from him while the prices are high will get 24 off an MOT....

I still think it should be a limit on the amount you can buy instead

There was a cheeky bastard petrol station in Wigan who DOUBLED the price per litre during the last fuel shortages and the good folks here stayed away from the thieving git. It was the only petrol station in the area that had petrol they couldn't sell. It closed after two weeks never to reopen as a petrol station ever again.

There was a bloke in Fakenham who, when diesel was about 130, had it up for sale for 145. When he was questioned about it by the local telly, he said, 'Oh sorry, must've been a pricing error' ... bet he didn't give all his customers their 15p a litre back though.

See this

'Inexcusable' petrol prices cut

A Devon petrol station which charged 1.99 a litre for petrol has dropped its prices after coming under fire for cashing in on fuel shortages.

Cool

The answer is going to be black market if things keep going this way. Diluting red diesel(though you never do get rid of the dyes) & there was this little outfit in London selling petrol at over half the price on the forecourt, mine ran alright on it.
there's also getting your mates who work at car auctions/vehicle import docks to remember you with that siphoned off stuff they mysteriously never run out of

Our cheapest is 126.9 for unleaded and 140.9 for diesel!!!!

Cost 15.75 to fill the Ninja (ZX6R) from reserve earlier.... swear it used to be less than 9!
