Gonna leave it silver and paint mudguards silver. The tubework willbe black same as the frame. Keep it like that for this summer and repaint it black with some chrome here and there and polished ally.

Got them on there to try and get to be a single seater as the lad will ride when he is 17 on a provisional license and 'L's.
Oh yeah, and we are goin to be even busier now we found outy we got to have parking lights on it! Grrrrr
Got everything else for the electrics and that got sprung on us.
Still not to worry it will keep me and the lad occupied for a while.

Good idea about the seat but I think he will still get pulled, better to change the seat and remove the rear pegs (if it's got any) until he is ready to make it a two up, then fit a nice big one with a back rest, and a few tassles..John

He's right, I'm afraid, if he's riding it on a provisional, it needs to be a single seater ... unless he's going to take a qualified pillion on it every time he goes out.

There are no footpegs on it, so I rekon on a seat cowl to cover the rear seat.
Quads have huge seats but are only single seaters except the quadzilla which is certified for passengers. If the log book says no. of seats including drivers = one and it is done by the DVLA inspector for transfer to trike it should be fine (mebbe).
Tassles, backrest yuuuuk, that would look goddam orfull on it.
