Default Politics is all a load of bollix

Bit of a can of worms really, politics.

See for me I'd drink with whoever regardless of colours or not.If someone is a knob that is what they are regardless of who they hang out with.

I like a bit of banter and needling-spices life up.Being intimidated only happens if you don't front up.Most folks are out for fun.

End of the day we all die.Alive breath the same air and our shyte stinks

No bad mouthing here, just mild irritation at a very repetitive poster. This aint the place for inter-club tit for tat, and it was closed because it was heading that way.

Default yep

seems like your on the money there Taff.Went and read the link from the start.

Folks don't need it.Neutral is nice and safe and as a public forum ought to be.

If a bod just pops on to promote a thing for their lot/be it mc/mcc and contributes sod all to folks on here stonewall'em.Waste of space.

Can understand it under the current political climate. I guess sometimes "ignorance is bliss".

but neutral should be neutral. That 1066 Bloke just posts events and never started the bad mouthing until others instigated it. Then he bites back and you don't like it. It's always the same folks that do it .

I used to love this magazine - the forum, the folk on it, the meet ups.
Been here about 8 years now and it's certainly not the same it used to be.

A real shame.... but nothing stays the same for ever.
Not looking for a debate or arguement - just stating a "view from the other side of the fence".

Been hear for 8 year, but only posted twice, blimey.

There have been a few threads of late, moaning about people who only come on site to promote stuff and not to contribute.

Default Ignorance is a blissful state

Oh yes,I am living proof.

Maybe I have missed the point.

This is a magazine driven forum, yes?

Shouldn't therfore someone promoting an event either directly (or covertly, yawn) be liable to add fees?

Oh, before you all jump up and down and call me out as a hypoctite.Yes ,I supported a club event because it was local. The blokes where DIAMONDS 'tis true.So what!If it had been run by any other m/c that promoted biking I would of done the same ie post it up for others who might want to go along.

I have no affiliation to any club be it m/c or mcc if that makes anyone happy.

If a company is run by an "organisation" that is opposed to another running or promoting that is upto them. After all it is business and that can be ruthless.

Can't say as I've found it anything but neutral on here. Everybody gets a leg pulled and people are here for people who need a bit of help or support.
As an aside I think it's good that there are Clubs represented on here as it can save no end of grief in the "real" world. It's easier to contact members of clubs this way than having to find a clubhouse and face the club directly to ask a simple question.

Default Well ,Well so Dwarf2

You have an alias.I'm almost intrigued, yawn.

Surely if you are a regular why use another name? Are you ashamed of your viewpoint?

I don't mind opening any subject if it is unpleasant, that is life.

Do you actually have a serious point, or you just here to wind us up?

Come to the point, straight enough.(apart from me pink hair )

when someone uses an alias to make a 'political' point, (or any point for that matter) they aint worth bothering with in my opinion, cos they havent got the balls to stand by what they believe in. Which I firmly support red & white and I dont mind admitting it. They dont hide.

If I retaliate to negative posts I get slagged off, if I post events I get slagged off, I choose not to get involved in other threads as I have no desire to be "one of the crowd" I support Black and White and will continue to post events as long as I can log in, the way I see it is, the Ink and Iron spends a lot of money advertising with 100% biker which gives me the right to post about the event, if you don`t like them "don`t read them".

For the record (not that its anyones buisness) I have not been a member of 1066 MCC since January 2006.

Mistaken idenity m8 I think youll find that is me......Yes I do post on several (Midland) biker sites.

They are usally in the events section and are invites to peeps to join organised runs with like minded people..... I think youll find I do contribute, just not as much as some you could hurt a chaps feelings you know

If your Droid from SDR I even had a drink with you guys at the New Inns last year and supplied your group pic for your site....

If your not him I will shut the fuck up.............

Try joining in and posting stuff of your own without being deragatory to a club or supportive of another club.

Yes, there are a few Red and White supporters on here, but they still manage to post stuff without referring to that club and just talk about being bikers.

it's quite simple, all codhead posts is about events that he supports, fair enough I suppose, but he makes them read like he's involved in it, posts at the wrong time, when it's pretty fucking obivous to anyone with a brain that it's not the time and posts the same **** on hundreds of sites, not just uk, but also stunt sites and stuff. Personally I think the blokes a cocksucker. fuck all to do with what club he supports. I know he thinks I run around licking a certain other clubs arse, but he couldn't be further from the truth. I know people in lots of different clubs across the world, I don't suck up to any, I just show respect to those that deserve it. I veiw patches alot like tattoos, it's not the patch that makes you a man, it's the man that makes the patch. thats the last i'll post on it, cos it ain't fucking worth it.

Never have been derogative to another club (I leave that to those that feel the need) as for posting, I really have no desire to get involved with this site, I made a few mistakes in the past (getting involved in all this internet warrior bollox which means fuck all in the real world) so now I just post events that I`m interested/involved in that people may be interested in, its quite simple really (a bit like UT) if people don`t like my posts "don`t read them"

Thats my last post on the subject.
