I reckon that was a fuel air bomb they used in Iraq. If they had used a tactical nuke, the Russians and Chinese would have kicked up a huge stink about it.

Thats some serious contained war fare, thats like living in SoHo and watching WW3 in hackney from the roof top.

OK so no change there, but think about it, also how did the camera know where to look ?

Thats what i was looking for, secondary explosions, there wasn't many, the the biggest was on the edge, but a nuke would have killed the TV station as well by the EMP

pretty big bang by the look of it but unfortunately not big enough for a nuke. anyway why piss about with one of them tactical tiddlers when you can drop a 'civilisation' ending weapon, blow them all out of their sandals and we help ourselves to the oil? we're being far too nice there in my opinion.

During the first Gulf War, instant sunshine was landed at Ryadh (sp) at the KKIA I know as I was there when it came in. The Iraqies were tipped off that it would be used ubless they surendered It was never used but the americans were never afraid to use it. Now however it is different, they don't have full support of the world

its all down to the camera, the camera focus and aperture (or F stop) are set to give the best picture, which is very high for a night time shot, if there is a sudden burst of light, the camera cannot adjust the aperture quick enough, resulting in a flare up or burn in, making it look brighter than it is, you can do this on any video camera phone set on night mode, just record in a dark room then light a match and see what happens
