Ive got **** loads of tablets now but i aint got a clue what they do. I think Beta Blockers were mentioned somewhere and ive got Co Dydramol for the pains in my leg. Dawn sorts em all out for me though as i'd probably snuff it if i had to remember them on my own. I know i sound like a babies rattle if i jump up and down
Had all sorts of weird **** for depression but cut em all out now cause they were driving me crackers. It stopped me getting angry without a doubt but thats because it stopped all emotions and feelings and when i say all, i mean all

That's what Spike's having now, and it's already made a difference. He's had some 'downs' recently, but mostly 'ups'. It's just a shame that he was on the waiting list for years before he finally got to see someone. Whilst he was on the waiting list, the DWP stopped his benefit cos they said if he wasn't having therapy, he was obviously fit for work. Basterds. As you can imagine, that worked wonders for his condition. I never want to go through that again.

I know that feeling and it sucks

Oh and yes had reflexology, very relaxing, might do something might not, but it certainly chills you out and i think it does help a bit, particularly i found with headaches.

I never take any drugs and don't trust doctors or pharmaceutical companies. I watched my mum sleep away her whole life wasted on a variety of chemical coshes for depression - I'd sooner just go quietly nuts.

I've always relied on Somerset Psychiatry

the Psychiatrist on the right is Roger Wilkins, maker of the best farmhouse cider in the world

(and yes I do know its more difficult than that, just helping my missus off 10 years of seroxat has taught me that etc etc etc....)
