Unhappy Feck me I'm going madder

Just lost it in Co Op car park, only 2 disabled parking spaces and they where being used by ppl with out badges. I said something to 2 staff but all they wanted to do was read the papers and look at the tits in the star, had a go at one driver and a fat bird said something about who made me god so she got a right gob full, driver said 'get a life' so I said he was just about to loose his, got a big hammer from my van and started to walk towards his car, scary thing was I meant it, I would have gone ape and trashed his car and him and anyone around, he shot off. but I would have gone crazy ape bananas on his arse and I knew it, like I would off in the old days.

I'm scared now of myself again.

Came home took 2 of my tabs just to be sure.

Default disabled spaces

just box em in so they cant possibly get out, leave yer badge on display, and go take yer time doing your shoping, perhaps stop for a brew in the cafe on the way back out. and make the inconsiderate bastards wait for you to come and let them out, perhaps collar a staff member on your way out. remember the point, and thus the greatest pleasure for you, is to make them look like **** in front of as many people as possible.

if that fails, fair do's go for the hammer approach!!!

Default disabled badge

and of course make a real meal of getting back to the car, with plenty of noise and complaints about the bitch taking the disabled space, handy if theres lots of folk around.
ive seen a guy at asda in preston who had printed off some big yellow notices about non disabled people abusing disabled spaces, he would stick one on every window of any car that was abusing the disabled parking spaces. funny as feck, it was almost always, either a woman in a big 4x4 or a guy in a bmw.!!!

well as all the big supermarkets near us are 24 hour, we tend to go shopping at 2am, then theres seldom anyone in but us and the shelf stackers.

Ask the selfish Cunts where the disabled badge is??
If they don't have one, ask them if they'd like a disability to go with the parking space, that normally make the Fuckers move!!!

what annoyed me was my folks had tried to park there and my old gal is in a wheel chair, I also haver a badge but I can live with walking a bit, these twats just hit me at the wrong time. I really wanted to hurt someone but I think it was for the wrong reason, not that they would have know that. they was just unlucky, or lucky that I stopped myself. I was more worried about my reaction, and the aggressiveness I was willing to do.

Borg, its the fact that people dont care anymore, they are lazy, ignorant and have no respect for anyone or anything, I'm not disabled but get pissed off with people who do that and anyone who thinks they are above everyone else.
My local Tescos has a large motorbike parking place at the end of the disabled bay, and the always park in it, I always park right behind them so they cant move, several times I have been in there and heard my reg number called out on the tannoy, I always go to the desk and ask what the problem is, they always say you are blocking a car, and I say I am parked in a motorcycle bay, they can wait, no one has ever said anything when I do come out, but have walked out to see the driver (always, always a fat bird) arguing with a security man.

Also Gizz that address again to send the RB badge to, I found one last night.

my biggest peeve with BB spaces is

people with BB's how many times have you seen a car With a BB and an old person gets out.
now pretty much by the time some has walked from the BB spaces to the entrance of pretty much any of the large supermarkets, they fail to meet the criteria of needing the BB, let alone walking round a whole superstore? i dont get it, if someone can walk round a whole superstore, why the fuck would they require a BB (ok there are one or two invisible conditions that allow use of a BB) but most misuse is by the elderley, (the ones with the token walking stick, i used to be bus driver, and we had loads of walking sticks left on the bus, if you need a stick, how the hell can you forget it?) i say stick the wide bays at the the back or side of the Carpark with a safe walkway to the store that would sort out those that need em and those that dont, most people in chairs can either push themselves or have someone pushing them
and if those that cannot walk from the further away wide spaces moan, then how the hell did they expect to walk up one aisle of the store let alone round the whole damn thing.

I once got blocked in a parking space (ordinary) in a car park and the car had just parked up in the entrance to the park and been left (not just blocking me in, but others too).

At the time I was driving the tank (Old style Larder), lined up bumper to bumper (nice solid bumper like the old days) and pushed thier car into the middle of the street. left so it was not getting in the way of anyone, but a good place to get into Parking wardens delight...

I dislike people who leave pets/children in the car... Thats when I reach for a brick...

Pray you never meet me then.
My wife needs the badge and at times we have had to turn around and go home.
Last time some twat parked there car in a bay and told me to fuck off he left the keys and his fat wife in.
I parked his car at the other end of the car park and give him a left hander when he took a swing.

LOL that will stir it up

Totally agree about the badge scenario, my boss is "disabled", gets all his benfits and such like, yet lives in mansion with 3-4 floors with steep stairs, doesnt struggle with them, drives a range rover and a Z4, doesnt struggle with them, even I struggle with the orrible Z4 thing

he came into work, we had a box of 20kg of lead pellets for melting down and forming into bullets for his muzzle loading etc

bends down picks it up!!!!

I struggle to do that

its an absoulute joke the system, I had a guy working for me that would cry from the pain of walking just 20 feet, but was so stubborn that he refused to use a wheelchair, and would just fight through it, they wouldnt recognise him as disabled because he could walk!!!!

yet I got 2 neighbors, supopsedly disabled, one gets a nice shiney new car all the time, all paid for, no rent or bills to pay, yet he works full time in a factory making pallets and suchlike

the other one works in a garden centre, ok so its a desk job, but how does he get there???, he cycles, 4 miles to work and 4 miles home

oh and he has a walking stick as well,

My nan was crippled with arthritis and the number of times I took her shopping to find the disabled bays full of 4x4s and sportscars, always stupid middleaged bints that cant be arsed to walk, and then the chavs started to take over that job, parking i the spaces while one of them goes to get some cheap lager or cider to all sit round and sniff and get pissed

no excuse for it, I have asked my local tescos why they dont operate any form of penalties for people parking in the bays when not entitled, why not do it and donate the fines etc to a charity for disabled people

lazy fuckers the lot of them

It seems to me, that a lot of respect for the disabled bays are lost because Badges are handed out like candy , well they are around here, the Taxi rank I work face the Bays in town and the number of people that pull up then sprint off into town after carefully displaying badges is quite incredible. I know that their are very genuine cases but they really are few and far between, But the bays are always full, I know of people that use elderly relatives to get badges, who never travel with them. So I'm affraid I have very little respect for the Bays, no I dont park in them, i dont have to, I just leave it on the rank, but I can understand om of the atitudes of people.
On a funny note, one of the other drivers asked a driver what his dissability was on his return, as he was obviously fit and able, the chap replied ....... "Tourettes ...... now FUCK OFF ! " , funny as fuck that we all thought .

Default disabled spaces

i like the idea of embarrasing them, ok, in an ideal world, we would like to see them flogged in the car park, but realistically, its going to have far more effect to show them up. ok put up all the signs you like, but they get ignored, but some supermarkets have sensors in the bays, and 10 secondas after the detector senses you have driven into the bay, a loud speaker next to the bay plays some embarrasing ad jingle music for the supermarket, then an embarrasingly cheerful voice pipes up " hi, im a disabled parking space for disabled drivers, are you sure you need to use this bay "etc etc. ok, it might not stop them from scurrying away the first time hoping no one has spotted them, but next time they go, they will think twice before using the bay, which is kind of the point isnt it.

My wife has a disability card, but can't drive, according to the instructions. I can use it if I am getting medication for her...now to look at her you would think there is nothing wrong...but her lungs are shot..I have bought her a disability scooter but she would rather not go out than use it...I think it's a pride thing...she is not going to get better, but she thinks she will...I don't abuse the card...but if I have been out and all the nearby parking spaces are full I do park the car in a disabled space with the card showing so that I won't get a ticket while I go home and wait for a nearer space to become available..John

True.
There are abuses of the system,i know i see them.
But it took me 2 years to presuade my wife to apply.
Those that think fuck them, when i see my wife struggling to walk a few hudred yards cos she is stubborn and won't make a scene then is laid up in bed for 2/3 days then i have no problems about fucking with those that don't gave a toss or fucking with there cars or bikes.
You have a problem with that either don't park there or face what is coming.
Simple ain't it **** heads.

I have the BB, but I can walk okay, although granted after a jaunt around a supermarket I hobble more than I did on the way in, and I certainly can't carry my shopping very far... but I don't use walking sticks or other aids(although it may change in the future, as well as the need to change from a clutch operated car to an automatic).

Perhaps people think badly of me too. Though I do have a disability, for which I have been diagnosed by the specialist, and the DVLA are informed. I don't however, claim disability benefits, as I can still do sedentary jobs.

Perhaps the disabled bays should be segmented, for those who can get in and out okay, but need to be fairly close for loading up their shopping, and for those who need the especially wider bays for better access?

My mother has fibro Myalgia, she has a chair (electric), can walk a bit, and is in constant pain... It is also all in the head (apart from when the doctors fek her knee with unnessesary operations), sort the head out - sort the pain...

Complicated stuff...

It is also 100% hereditory (spl), that means at some point I will have it just as bad. I can run fast, very fast, I take part in variuos physical activities... One day I will be fine the next in real pain...

My point is that my mother needs the badge and someday so will I... I may look OK, but for that one day I may need a space and some fekwit has taken it!

No, the more regulations you bring in the worse the quality of life becomes, besides most disabled people want to be treated the same as other people..it's not your fault you are knackered...the disabled bays are just a way of trying to bring a bit more comfort to your life...take it in the spirit that it is offered....John

Yeah,"you don't look disabled."
No prob mate i an happy to debate my or my wifes medical problems with you in the middle of a car park.
As to those that say some people don't need them and use them,so?
That don't make using them cos you are lazy twat right.
Report those abusing the system, don't make those that NEED that space suffer.
Cos you are just making excuses.

As someone who broke their back on a bike, who rides a trike whenever the weather allows, who has to get around in a car more now...who is paralysed and uses a manual wheelchair, I can vouch that disabled bays are critical to disabled people. I could bore the pants off you all with stories of idiots making my life unnesseccarily more difficult by missusing disabled bays. I drive myself in an automatic car with hand controls fitted. If I cannot open my front door fully then I cannot get my wheelchair next to my driving seat and I cannot transfer myself in (or out). I simply cannot use a 'normal' space because of this fact. Time and time again I have had to wait for a space or simply leave the carpark. I have even had people park too near me even though Im in a disabled space and Ive had to try to find them or wait..!!! Life as a disabled is hard enough and these bays are put there to try to make our life a little easier. People like Pete Lee need stringing up.. Brain dead, souless piece of selfish ****e... And though I have kids...19, 17 and 5...No, I havnt commented on toddler-kids spaces because I CHOOSE not to...

I applied for a blue badge after shattering my spine a few years ago, I thought what the hell, why not as I was stuck in a chair for a few months while I got my strength back.

I got refused on the grounds I wasn't disabled enough, so that was me housebound for 7 months.........

Much has been said on the use of, applying for and getting/not getting blue badges on the BBC disability forum site http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbouch/ Real good forum for all things to do with disabilities.
