Default Anyone remember?

Does anyone remember the bike at the Kent custom show that had two front wheels? I think it was in the late 80's?
I used to have pictures of it but a fire has taken them , so if anyone has some photos or knows what number edition it appeared on BSH I'd really apreciate a PM back on this.
Cheers

(because it was a killer bike AND he rode it there)

Was it the Norton by any chance? We saw it at South Mimms service station on the way back but unfortunately, I don't have a photo.

As far as I know, BSH never ran it. It was quick and went well, it passed me on the M20, like I was stood still, and the bugger was filtering TOO

Himself says he remembers it well, it was 86 not 85.

He also says yeah it was a Norton and it was Mick Fish's bike, Mick was from Wigan and they used to knock about with him a bit at the time.

He thinks it did get in BSH but not as a featured bike for some reason, maybe a readers ride or summat?

Mick unfortunately is no longer with us, he died in a bike crash in about 87 he thinks.

Yep, twas '86, first one i went to, as a young 21yr old.
It was never shown nor mentioned in BSH, not even in the background, i remember discussing it with me mates trying to figure out just why not.

Anyone who gets that Granada TV may remember that Mick entered it on that telly contest where you went up before a panel with your invention and tried to get through to the final where you win some dosh and support.
Was going back a long, long time.

Bet if it happened now there'd be more bleeding heart types moaning about bullying and packing up.
Like that youth tuther year who was robbing tents then his mates squashed his head with their own car, there was more bleating on here.
I thought it were brilliant me.

Well, I was on 8 at the time, and never saw it, but I think it's a great tribute to this guy that over 20 odd years later, people are still talking about it and remembering it. R.I.P
