Default Custom Sportbike Concepts, GSXR heaven?

Although they are an american company I came across a couple of their bikes today in, of all places, Todmorden!

Some stunning stuff, check it out here

If anyone wants to see them in the flesh the Stars & Bars bike and the GSXR1000 at the top of the page are both currently living at the Motorbike Warehouse in Todmorden.

True enough...

But you might go next door to see if they wanted the disc and caliper that they've taken off the front.....

Why would you do that??? Two brakes? Oh No, far too scary......

From chatting to the guys in the shop (who own them, one each) they are both still waiting for the import/reg process to be completed then they will be getting ridden to shows etc next year.

I hope they do ride them rather than trailer them, I agree that bikes should not be ornamental (although they can be pretty!)

The 'busa wasn't my cup of tea particularly although some of the engineering was very trick, but I think the GSXR1000 was absolutely beautiful. Each time I looked at it I spotted something else new and interesting, the photos really don't do it justice. I tried to take a couple of pics myself but they came out too dark.
