Default The 11th Soggy Moggy 8th - 10th September PRE-BOOK ONLY

O.K its that time of year again !

This years Soggy Moggy will be PRE-BOOK ONLY

Booking
Tickets are available to buy now and will be posted from 1st May. For details you can check www.tigermcc.org.uk or send an SAE to PO Box 942, Sawston Cambs, CB2 4FQ.
The cost is 12 for adults and teens, little kids are free. NO DOGS allowed, at all !
Its a bike rally so there is limited parking at 15 a vehicle which you must pre book.
Stall holder information is available on the website.
Its the same venue. Wood Green Animal Shelter, Godmanchester near Cambridge.

Now the for the good stuff

Bands on Friday will be Powder Money and Camoflage

Saturday we will be starting with TBAand the headline will be Strangers

Top class DJ as usual (ie. Me!)

Our usual relaxed approach to all things to do with late music and drink (big hint ! if you like an early night don't camp anywhere near the marquee)
Chill out marquee will be available as usual.
Big screen projector and screen showing some of last years highlights and various bike orientated stuff, plus the bands and entertainment so you can see everything no matter where you are.
10kw PA system and some very fancy lighting.
Loads of gratuitous nudity.
Proper bar with a good selection of real ale (cask not keg).
Very silly games including the moped mayhem and the sled racing and a couple of ones you've never seen before.
Usual other stuff including Tattooist, loads of stalls, varied catering (not just burgers), raffle as well as a well drained field with disabled loos, showers and an on site restaurant for the posh people.

Pet food donations will be gratefuly received.

Last year you beautiful people raised 10,000 for the animal shelter ! Well done and thank you all.

The field was perfectly well drained.

It was the small swimming pool forming at the right of the stage that was the problem.

I wondered what the hell I'd been up to Friday night when I saw the state of my jeans on Saturday. Then I realised. I'd been dancing like a twat in a puddle for about 4 hours.

Top night.

Thanks for the reminder!

BTW - I'd heard rumours that the whole of the Wood Green site was going non smoking. Could just be rumour but wondered if you guys had heard owt? Would put rather a damper on any kind of bike event!

This issue will not only affect the Soggy Moggy, but ANY rally which is either held in a rugby clubhouse, social club etc, or anywhere there are people employed to work (even if not employed directly by the rally holders) as a result of the new no-smoking laws which come into effect next march! We are aware of the implications and are already investigating what we can do about it if necessary!
