Unfortunately I don't have any details of the bikes at the mo.

Rural Area Motorbike Project (RAMP) based at Tadcaster Grammar School, Tadcaster
On Monday 29 October at approximately 11 pm the RAMP (was broken into and 5 TTR motorcycles were stolen (2 small wheel, 2 large wheel and 1 GY) and well as some tools, race suits and generator. Clearly this is very sad for the project which has had over 800 young people access it. The Police have commenced enquiries but we are asking if anyone has any information to please contact Steve Green, RAMP co-ordinator 01937 837680 or s.green@tadcaster.n-yorks.sch.uk
(BTW this isn't me)

Thumbs down Stolen ‘Bobber Hardtail’ custom from Swaffham Norfolk

Rare Harley-Davidson stolen from lay-by

Name: stolen bobber.jpg
Views: 2072
Size: 83.3 KB

15 July 2008 16:08

Police are appealing for witnesses after a rare customised Harley-Davidson motorcycle has been stolen from a lay-by near Swaffham on Sunday evening.

The owner was riding the cycle, registration B163 VNK along the A1065 at Castle Acre Hill, when it ran out of petrol shortly after 7pm.

He left the vehicle in a lay-by, secured to itself with a chain and managed to get a lift into Swaffham to buy some petrol. When he returned to the lay-by, he discovered the bike had been stolen.

Police say the Harley Davidson has distinctive markings, high metal blue in colour with silver flames on the body and rear fender. It has a duel carbs engine and polished chrome body work. The bike is easily identifiable and fairly rare.

Anyone with information should contact DC Wright at Dereham CID on 0845 456 4567 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Posted for someone else.

An Electraglide 1985 classic 1340 has been stolen from sandringham rd in london.

The bike was in matt military green with a white star either side of the tank and "506th E - Comp." on the front fender and on the luggage "we stand alone fight together" on one pannier and on the other " for the few the surviving and fallen".

Single seat option was on the bike more details and pics follow with frame and engine numbers.

the 1340 motor was early evo cylinders with a shovel gear box....

awaiting the owner to advise on reward ect .......

Keep a look out as this bike was done by me to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the D - Day landings !!!!!!!

any parts of electraglide in matt green and HD evo 1340 motors are suspect and cast black wheels going as well as front ends with large shroud clocks.....this bike was around 14,000 miles with a red light that light up as you hit 55 mph.

Could you please look out for a Ducati Monster, stolen from Finchley area. It's a Monster Dark (black) with Ducati in large letters on the tank, silver frame reg number R345 KGP. It was stolen this morning. The bastids dragged it out of the guys garden and into van. It had disc lock on the front and chain round the back wheel but they managed to lift it. I guess it's a hazard of having a lightish bike!

Cheers

Just passing this on:

One of our company bikes has been stolen from the Peterborough area. It is a GSXR750 K7 in silver / grey reg number LG57 YUX.

The keys were in it (fucking idiot) outside a shop so we are guessing someone just happened upon it and will probably dump it, there was approx 80 miles of fuel in it.

The police have been called but they are not being very positive about it (suprise suprise) so if you should see it, hear about it or be approached to buy it please let me know.
