Default Frame build

High guys. Thinking about trying to put a frame together and was looking at buying some CDS tube would 3.25 wall be ok? Or could I get away with thinner wall?
Also does anyone know of where I could get a headstock made and machined to take whatever bearings I use at a decent price?
Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance.

Probably best if you go and work your way through this...

Headstocks from Briz at CCD, Robbie Rhind Tutt at Wasp, probably Twizzle too.
