I shall be there myself 'cos I'm playin' there tomorrow. I'll be there around lunchtime but it'll either be on the Suzi or in the c%r 'cos the Bonnie is stuffed again, this time I've fractured the oil tank in my frame .... still it was a good run last weekend until it all went wrong. Just one of those things. See ya there do pop by an' say hello.

Rally was going great
bike went great, charging system worked no problem
unfortunately my missis phoned me sat morn and told me the dog was really ill
and couldn`t cope with him on her own
so i came back and took him to the vets and had to wait for blood tests
to be told this afternoon his kidneys have failed, just waiting for the inevitable now, he`s 15 years old so it dosn`t seem as though theres anything that can be done for him as his kidneys have failed due to old age
poor bugger

we rode over to Talgarth today. we didnt go on to rally site cos we didnt have tickets, but we thought there would be loads of bikers in the town. we only found one pub called The Tower, so had glass pf pop in the car park and there were couple dozen bikers sititng out there.

Unfortunately we left disgusted, cos there about 8 of them who were complete and utter ferking wankers and I mean total vulgar downright scum bags. They were being particularly vulgar with a young girl about 16 or 17. Takes a hell uva lot to embarrass us but we were ashamed that they were bikers and didnt want to be anywhere near them. They were everything that gives us bikers a bad name.

We left a bit rapid and enjoyed a nice civilised ride home.

It's Barry Bloxham, not Moxam.

And why, exactly is he a total arse?

he just is and lots of people think so. he's upset a lot of good people in that club who have since left. But the reasons are best not put on a forum

Had a good nite, gig seemed to go well enuf. Sorry to hear about your dog phil, both mine died within a year of each other, bloody sad.

Have met Bazza at a few of HDRGB rallies/parties, never had a bother with him. Yeah he's loud when he's drunk (an' so are many others) an' he can be somewhat course when drunk too (an' so are many others) other than that he seems a good enuf bloke to me, he organised the whip-round for me at a clubhouse party a few weeks ago. As to club stuff, well that's club stuff an' doesn't need to be aired in public.

I've met both Barry an' Bazza, an' met the eyepatched foghorn when I played a few songs off the next album, late afternoon outside The Tower where most folks who wern't on the ride out seemed to have congregated. Later, I played for an hour an' some in the Town Hall an' had a good time before headin home.

The weather was decidedly the best I have seen in Wales. It's a beautiful country anyhow but when the sun shines it really is a special place

yeah would love to live down that way but would be just too far to travel to work. If they had better links to main cities, the house prices down there would rocket. aaaahhh peace and quiet.

I'm itching to do elan valley but i'm scared of heights and I've been told the roads are the type with a bloody cliff face down one side with pull points.. I'd have a panic attack for sure.

No phil, I've just arrived home after a weeks pet-mindin'/house-sittin' .... unfortunatly this time it wasn't in Switzerland. I'll be headin' up to London in the mornin', an' the rest of the weekend is put aside for workin' on my Triumph for the followin' weekend when I'll be at the Legionnaires Cocktail Party rally down in Kent.
