Default gsxr bits interchangability...

idea time...

i'm putting a supercharger on my engine,

and was wondering, seeing as i've got to take the top end off to put a barrel spacer in to lower the compression....
i was told that the crankcases are the same as GSXR1100W (94-96?),so...
the RF9000 bore x stroke is 73 x 56 giving 937cc,
the GSXR1100w bore x stroke is 75.5 x 80 giving 1074cc,

if i put the GSXR barrels and pistons on that'll give 75.5 x 56 giving 1002cc.

if the crankcases ARE the same, the barrels should fit straight on, but is the little end dia the same?? will the RF head fit the GSXR barrels?? is there anything i havent thought of?? (little end to piston crown differences?).
i suppose what i'll end up with is a short-stroke GSXR1100 with a downdraught head!!
any ideas, advice?? (minxy??).

ta.

looks like the big bore is off....
the 1100 barrels fit the RF cases, the RF head fits the 1100 barrels, but, the gudgeon pins in the RF are 19mm, and 20mm in the 1100. the 1100 crank fits straight into the RF cases, but i don't want to go that far.
thanks to OSS for some helpful posts, and a good root through their archives.
