Default Disabled Adaptions advice and parts wanted

Ok guys and gals we have had a mate come in been on bikes for years, he has bought a trike as he has deteriorated rapidly over the last year, he has no use of his legs, we are installing footboards, hand gear change and dual brake lever.
No1. He has a powershifter to be fitted, (second hand with no buttons) so we are after the handle bar mounted buttons.
No2. We are after a pair of foot boards, to keep his feet from falling of pegs.
No3. We are after a kliktronic K lever for the front and rear brakes, has anyone used one of these and are they any good.

Get digging in your sheds guys cash waiting, I know there must be some parts out there to keep this guy on the road. Any advice welcomed, thanks in advance Swirl
