Default British Justice

Seems to be working. Mark Collett has been cleared of 4 race hate charges. The Judge has requested majority verdicts on the remaining charges against both him and Nick Griffin.

i should think so too. i still can't for the life of me figure out what nick griffin has said that is wrong. how can he be accused of incitement to racial hatred when he is talking to like minded people in a pub? i could almost understand him getting some grief if he was standing on a soap box in the middle of bradford saying what he said and offending the local muslim populace but he did'nt. typical of the hand wringing muesli eating, guardian reading bbc to plant a 'spy' into that meeting. if nick griffin is cleared just watch for hamza to be exonerated as well (just in the interest of fair play you understand). cynical? me? you betcha.

Think I said it in an earlier thread, dont care where either of them where talking but if found guilty of stirring up race hate then they both should get the same punishment, end of story.
Now to go on about the BBc planting someone in the meeting, do you have the same objection to when they did the same in the Finsbury mosk and recorded hamza and various others at meeting spouting bile?

I have no objection with what the BBC did. My objection was with the way the establishment seized on it and tried to make an example of Griffin for their own political ends. I am glad to see that it has back-fired and Griffin is now getting good press.

I'm not particularly pro BNP however it's obvious that this case has been a witchhunt from beginning to end and makes you wonder if any of us could get shut in clink for expressing an opinion! that's how this country is going.

What's wrong with muesli anyway? Keeps you regular

Trouble is with that toss pot Hamza is that when you look at the cold hard facts (as reported in the Times) his prosecution looks a bit wobbly too. His terrorist manual had previously been confiscated by the police.......and then returned !

i reckon he'll get off too.

So will nick griffin be accused of more racially inflamatory stuff after his remarks outside the court when he said something about kids being groomed by asian pedos?

A bnp party political broadcast had to be withdrawn on grounds that it was racially inflamatory as it commented on this very subject after a undercover documentry was made and filmed it happening but still nothing seems to have been done to stop the people involved!

i quite agreed with what he said bout steven lawrence, i'm fucking sick of hearing bout him.
And he was right, he aint an angel as all would make out to be.
There was more to it than a black kid walking along minding his own buisness and gets done by a bunch of white kids.

Be that as it may, he will then be extradited to the USA to face terrorism charges there.
