Default "Factory Pro" gear shift kit.

I'd like a positive gear shift kit for the Zephyr1100.
Factory Pro make a good un but its a bit pricey for my wallet.

The "SHFT-PRO-KAW-91" is the preferred one @ $140 US dollars

But they make positive shift kits or indent transit arms as they call them for many bike models:

It's a lever and ratchet mechanism with a decent spring to give a much cleaner and sharper gear change operation. It's supposed to eliminate false neutrals and enable a faster cleaner movement. The 2nd gear is notoriously weak on my bike so this may help it's longevity of life.
You don't strip the gearbox to fit it either. On the Zephyr it fits between the gearbox casing and the outer engine casing so you can't even see it.
But they are very good according to a mate who's fitted it on two of his bikes.
The lever on older bikes does get a bit sloppy. Goes with age so they say.
