well here we are..
thought id put it here ..
start with a stock 550 ltd


find out it smashed no 3 piston ,so a complete stripdown(bugger)


engine is almost ready..frame time

etching primer,auto-air sealer white..
ready for gun-metal grey/hotrod sparkle an lashings of 2k clear....yummy...lol

I did a full rebuild on one of those years ago.
Did my head in,can't recall why

Twas probably the fiddly hard to get to bits the Japanese love to put on their bikes to do our heads in.
