I like your Harley CB, and I know you like it, and I think Harleys are great bikes. But I don't want one, I've gone through the stages of wanting a Vincent, a Indian, a Hesketh, but I've always been happy with the bike I owned at the time, Ive never disliked any bike I owned and in all the years, strangely enough, Ive never ridden a bike that I haven't owned...(apart from bringing my sons Chinese scooter home from the bike shop)...I don't think many people really hate Harleys! I think when you think of American bikes you think of Harleys, but if you think of Jap bikes there are too many names to single one out as great, and many more types to choose from. Harleys have been around for longer than I have and a lot longer than Jap bikes and a lot of us have a low opinion of Americans, (how many people think George Bush is great) so we take the piss out of Harleys..and for the life of me I can't think of a French bike, but if there is one I hate it... John

Just looked it up..there are hundreds of them..and I hate them all...
