Matty, welcome to the forum, please could you fill out the user CP up on the left hand side there? We like to know a little about our newbie members as we feel we could be letting ourelves in for a whole lot of spam otherwise. I'm sure there are people here that could help you out otherwise....

Their web site seems to be working (just been on there). No guarantee they are still trading but suggest you try the small claims court. If they are legitimate but lost your enquiry or just bad at taking messages, a letter from the court plus cost may make them remember. If that fails try the high court who will send the Sheriffs out to recover your money. However if they are no longer trading, don't waste your money. where are they located and is a personal visit viable? If so appearing in the shop in front of customers and demanding action or your money back can work....

Welcome Matty, You could also go on the 100% biker Facebook page and ask on there. A lot of the members here also post on there as well as the Bikerlifestyle FB page as well. Good luck...

Lot's of similar issues with HUC over on the Brit Chopper forum I'm afraid. Shame as a lot of folk have had no issues at all. Good luck with it.
