Default Digital version trike magazine

I unwittingly subscribed to the digital version of the magazine instead of getting the hard copy by mistake. My mistake and I'll live with it , however , I received my first magazine ok , issue 27 Autumn , but issue 28 has not been delivered ( to my iPad ) despite it coming out on the 13th December ?
I emailed Zinio , the online supplier , and they emailed me back saying there is no new issue out yet ?

Anyone else had this problem or any ideas how to rectify this problem ?

To be honest, I'd contact Jazz direct.

See if you can switch for a start.

Thanks for your replies.
Not sure who or what Jazz is tho sorry ?
I've emailed them , the emailed back saying no new edition of the magazine is out yet ? Emailed them a 2nd time explains it was in he shops but haven't heard anything back off them.
Can't find a telephone contact number for them ? I think that Zinio are USA based ?

Jazz Publishing is the company who produce the Trike magazine, based in Chester ...
contact on the main pages of this website.
According to the Trike advert on this website, Issue 28 is the current Issue

Trike Iss 28 is on sale now Jazz customer services number is
01244 881 888 ext. 501 but... they will all be on Christmas break now..

Finally got delivered to my iPad today.
Wonder why the delay in when it gets in the shops , to when you get the digital version. ?

I would still speak to Jazz, as they may not know there is a delivery time problem with who they have contracted it out too... subs should always come at least a week before th shops version, thats the whole point of a sub...
