Default Aldi torque wrench

I just bought one of Aldi's special offer torque wrenches today..16..

Now a lot of people will say they are rubbish and what can you expect for 16 and for professional use, they are probably right..but, if you haven't got a torque wrench they are ok, and a lot better quality than the ones you pay twice as much for at the tool stall on the market..You just have to remember to zero them and put them back in the box after use..Oh and don't ever use a torque wrench to undo things..

John.

Most of Aldi's kit is fair to middlin John, their tap and die stuff is actually pretty damn good. I love the place.

What Shaggy said. To be honest if you wanted tools that would be used day in and day out for you profession then you probably wouldn't buy from there, but for most of us they are more than up to the job for the occasional repair and maintenance.

Agree with all of above, even use some of their tools at work. Plus the fact at these prices you can consider them disposable
