There must be a huge amount of temptation to 'cash in' on that...

By advertising 'Escorted Motorcycles Rides' they are implying that they have considered the dangers, carried out a Risk Assessment and have Public Liability Insurance.
By this advertising, are they they not implying that they have accepted a 'duty of care', so any person who went out on the escorted ride who happened to have an 'off' could expect to claim from their insurance?

Not that I am condoning or encouraging any such actions, just pointing out that it has happened at a bike rally and could happen to these people.
