I'd have to agree hardtail is the way to go. Is it me or does iit look like someone bought a trike rear end (maybe and front end damaged trike) and then tried to graft it onto another bike... Rather like a cut and shunt in the car world!

Wouldn't be much to bend and tack a new frame together then farm out tthe welding bit to a local (qualified welder)...

Default bump!

Update :i undone the nuts on the u bolts that holds the axle on ,turned the axle so the prop was straight ,jacked the rear end up and ran it in gear up 1st 2nd then 3rd gear and the knocking was gone(fuckmine its fixed)
chuffed now ,looks like after i hit the local speed humps the axle moved on the u bolts and that whats made the prop to knock due to the up hill angle going through the prop,so all i gotta do now is get me welder out and weld them u bolts to the axle and add some supports aswell and bobs your nan !

and it wont cost me nout cos i got welding wire ,and i ,ll scrounge some angle iron .

Thanks for all the replys and help all i need now is the fuckin sun .

DON'T weld the U-bolts to the axle. If you want a fix weld some angle or box to the original leaf srping mount so that it locates against the swing arm, see your local exhaust centre for some U bolt clamps to keep it there.

I could fix it for you, but it'd going to double the cost of the trike at least and you'd have to get it to Bristol.

If you're serious about getting rid of it, how much do you want for it?
