Default Duff day today

Not the best of days today, Had to go and fetch Lachlan's ashes today and will be getting in touch with my niece in Gourock ready for our trip to Dunoon. Later I got the bike out to go to the dermatalogical dept at the hospital as bike parking used to be free. I got there early and the bike parking bays had gone and after touring all five car parks in the hospital, found there were none. I avoided the barrier that controls the entrance/exit and parked behind the Blood Donor caravan. Turns out I have a fairly rare problem, which is a normal skin inflammation disguising itself as something else. I then had to have a blood test for Kidney function before I am allowed to take the drug to control it. When I got back to the bike I leant down to turn on the petrol tap and saw the head steady bracket had broken... Vibrated like a jackhammer all the way home....Bah!!

Not the best of days that mate.

I know you'll do the best by your late friend, hope it all goes to plan. Was gonna say "hope it goes well", but do these things ever truly go well? You know what I mean though mate, take care.

Cheers guys, know what you mean about 'going well', really it means 'smoothly which is all one can hope for. I have emailed my niece in Gourock to see if we can stop over for a night or two. We hope to go in a month or so before the weather breaks. I heard back from the Blue Angels and they have found no trace. I have thanked them for the time they took, especially for a non-member, an example of the Biker Brotherhood at it's best....
