Default 'enduro kba 21096' stamped sebring-legal?

Trying to find out whether the sebring endcan on my 84/85 xl600, stamped 'enduro kba 21096' is motable?

Also if a tyre doesnt specifically state that it is 'not for highway use' does that make it road legal? Its a 'kyoto reforzada', which i cant find info on, dont want to change it to save the pennies if i dont have to..

Mot place is not helpful and i'd prefer to have an 'independent' opinion anyway! Couldnt find anything useful on the vosa site either.
cheers

Would have thought the tyre would be OK if it doesn't say not for road use, and as long as it's not a full off-road knobbly.

As for the exhaust, if the tester considers it "not significantly louder" than standard, and it doesn't say not for road use, then it's OK for MoT.

If in doubt, pack it with wire wool or summat.

Looks like the one i found before i posted-couldnt make enough out of the swedish though. Apparently some of the reforzadas are enduro/road legal rubber, just dont see how the frick you tell..
