Hiya (waves) bit cheeky to pop in for the first time in ages and just do a bit of plugging for some friends, but what the heck......I'll live with the guilt.

at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Bands… Friday 'Nuclear Minogue' and 'Exhibit A'
Saturday 'V8' and 'Rollin Thunder'

Usual Ribs mayhem, jam session, air band comp, tattoo comp, yard of ale, silly games including sledging (with new and improved sledges!)

Traders, tattooist, good food, marquee, very late bar, disco til ya drop (or we do!) renowned rally hostesses and Mistress of Ceremonies

This years Sat. Fancy dress theme is Miss World Pageant, swimwear, evening wear or national dress

Actually at a larger (25 Acres) site slightly on from the last one, on the same Catton Hall estate though. I understand the ticket sales are very strong so it might be worth pre-booking if you are up for it, save a fiver as well. I personally vouch for this one, and I'm not just saying that as me and bulldog dave* won the tug-of-war last year.


*Truthfully it was mainly Bulldog...our strategy was for me to fall over and for Dave to use me belly as a pulley Ahem

I'm likely to be there, as I still haven't had any orders back to sea.

Exhibit A will also be there - with their vicious drummer (saturday night at Dregs he threw his drum sticks into the audience, as he does, and one caught me on the nose as I was taking a photo of the band, made it bleed he did)
So if anyone wants to do a wind p on Exhibit A, or more specifically Gez their drummer, ..................................
