Default bikes which fascinate

now, i see this bike at tattenham corner for the tart of the Pioneer run, i only see it there, never see it go ( though tinkels and pings away happily hot)

its a wonderfull thing made between 1925 and 1929 called a mcevoy it has a lovely oily jap engine

oooh dont you just want to give it a go

(hope picture comes out ok, need better shrinking package)

Cool, millions of years ago I had a 1936 500 single Zundap as a field bike. Bought and sold for 20 quid. I think I know who owns it still.

Anything before 1950ish. oldest bike I ever rode was a 1948 BSA M21, ferkin great 600cc sidevalve single. No power, but enough torque to rip the tarmac off a gypos driveway....

what a bike, me brother had 2 when i was a wee lad and wouldn`t let me have a go on em, barsteward
i used to have a XS750 once upon a time, handled like a shoppin trolly it did, but i owned it for 3 years and loved it
and me mates got a Z9 in his garage hes owned for 13 years, its totaly mint and it ain`t run for 5 years, just uses his harley now, and the fecker won`t sell it me, nearly bought a basket case for 800 but as i had 4 bikes in the garage the missis sed no! cowbag, but looking back it would have cost fortune to rebuild
