Default idlespeed on Fuel Injected engine

anyone know how to adjust idle speed on a BMWK1200RS Fuel injected engine?

Follow the throttle cable till it gets to the end and look for a screw, not the ones with lock nuts on, they are for balancing the injectors, it could be pre-set.

60000 rpm is standard. or is that for a helicopter turbine?

no no i'm sure its a k1200 if it gows bang then it is the helicopter turbine.

Hi Yoda...

On my K100 Trike there's a 'rail type thingy' that the throttle cable lifts as you turn the twistgrip. There's a screw adjuster with locknut on this at the centre where the throttle cable connects to it.
