'79 GS550,extensively remodelled many moons ago by a drunken fecker in a 7 series Beemer.Rebuilt using 2nd hand bits,custom parts and very high pressure steam pipe from a Polaris boat.........

Yamaha XJR 1300 pipes are too quiet, anyone know what cans will fit and sound good (legalish)

I bought new cans and link pipes from MTC for £250.00 all in !!!!!!!!!

also have removable baffles and a fookin serious bark to them ...
though the rear footrest brackets for mounting are PROPER PONY
there is a mod you can do to the pipes n all ... I can only find it in German at moment > http://xjrcafe.kicks-ass.net/ombouw_uitlaat.htm

Pictures pretty much explain ... all inf needed can be found on XJR owners website or searching web for XJR Exhaust Modification

Suzuki sv650 nekkid...in raspberry with hints of purple (slighted modded)
she's called the 'evil raspberry'. Thus belonging to the Fruit Salad Chapter of sv's where we have the likes of the Flying Banana, and the bimbling Blueberry, and others.

Me i own and ride a Buell M2 Cyclone,
Vance & Hines pipe, stage 1 tune carbon filter, and race module fitted (allows it to rev a bit further before the limiter kicks in..)
My pride & joy
Also a CB900f 1978 vintage, currently undergoing restoration (gotta have summat to fiddle with....i need a set of good carbs....anyone???)

A bit of kit that stops the revs exceeding a pre set level.
Usually an electronic bit that just cuts the feed to the coils or ignition.
You can hear it working on race bikes when in pit lane,so they don't get a fine for exceeding speed limits.
The engine sounds like it stuttering.

My Triumph Tiger and Honda XR400. Ive also got a 1978 Suzuki TS250 in the garage but i dont ride that as im very slowly restoring it.
