The way I put the progressive springs in is with the tight coils at the top

Just had a thought when filling forks do it before you put the springs in if you have the measurement use what is specified if not fully compress the legs then fill to about 15_2" from the bottom of the threads

This is the way i do it could be wrong but it works for oil I use agricultural mineral two stroke sae 30

This is for normal right way up forks never done upside down one's
