How much do we have to inform them of if we are replacing with similar items.
As an example replacing footrests, mudguards, indicators, headlight, handlebars, exhaust system , seat, screen, handlebar grips.
I mean most of that I replace as standard anyway on any bike.
I always personalize my bikes.

Parts are cheap online, some parts in the UK are insane prices considering they are very simple parts, like brake and clutch levers or footrests.
