Alba West Show 2011

Well back from the Alba Friday was wet during the night Saturday the sun was shining. Some of the bikes mostly built by a mate Joe Green he has won trophies at various shows stormin, Farmyard and the Quay Vipers. Turns out the guy who does the paint job is about 2 minutes from my house and I never knew he even existed ......lots of talented fellas about working in wee sheds and garages building and fettling :thumbsu:

His Bandit's in issue 144, at the printers now. Like the new paint, but prefer the black.

What else has he built this year then? :)

They were working on the Blue yam (Salty) chop up above right up until 7-00 on the Friday night seems the engine is 20 odd years and has been round the houses a few folk knew who had it and in what incarnations it existed. The Bandit has a hand made stainless frame and all the paegs etc are stainless made in normal garage. The guy is talented at what he does and a damn nice bloke as well. Never turns any body away if he can help he will. :thumbu:

some nice lookin' rides there, usually visit the Alba missel' as it's only a kick in the arse away, however, still not fit enough yet for rallying, even as a pedestrian. :(

You're getting there, though, and that can only be a good thing. :)
