work out what you want to do, what you want to display, how many pages, draw a storyboard. each page as you want to display it in freehand on A4 paper. when you have these details, look at other web sites to see if you can improve it. and then ask again. you can set up a website totally free and still get it near the top on Google search if you enter the right keywords.

Have you got a local school that has a decent IT department?

Might be worth telling the head of IT you need a website designing and maybe one of the kids wiill do it for nowt, as a project towards an exam, or to add to their CV.

I used Dreamwever for my site too, all the images are done in Photoshop. Dreamwever is pretty easy so long as you dont want any thing complex, i have in the region of 40 pages in my site, a long winded way of doing it but it is what i know.

I was thinking of redoing my site useing CSS but like your self i really couldnt be arsed to learn the code, not hard so i am told but i am far too busy painting to take time out for it.
