Nik 08-03-2006 12:43 PM

Err, dunno if there's a download available - go to www.pronghorn.co.uk and have a butcher's ...

Ther version to hear is the one with the badly-played trumpet instead of a guitar on the solo. ;)

scouselee 08-03-2006 12:53 PM

noisygit 08-03-2006 10:04 PM

Just about anything by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes but in particular their version of Phantom of the Opera-if it had been done originally by someone like Iron Maiden instead of Sarah Brightman it would probably have sounded something like this ;) :D

tease 09-03-2006 06:50 AM

I like Ugly kid joes version of cats in the cradle

STEViE 09-03-2006 07:21 AM

great song that tease, the original by Harry Chapin was good too. Guns & Roses also covered it.

tease 09-03-2006 08:30 AM

I thought for them doing something that was originally very folk (and them being more hard rock) they kept the original feeling of the song and updated it pretty damn good.
