What the black n red one or the army bike?

shaggy696969 19-09-2008 03:23 PM

That must handle like a bag o shite the centre of gravity hoisted way up there, Cant say I have seen anything (and I have subjected myself to most of their dross on Discovery channel) That I actually like or would want to own. The closest being the Bike Cody made with Paul Senior. Not a great lover of the high headstock looking bleow the handlebars look.

odie 19-09-2008 03:26 PM

They were done by O.C.C, other wise known as Chavs On Chops (change the letters around):D
what are they trying to do, ruin another style of bike!

And why the feck has it got an airscoop on the front muddie?

Shifty 19-09-2008 06:57 PM

Well, I quite like it; a bit different y'know?

And if it's an OCC bike, it's probably not a Harley, haven't seen one of theirs yet with a Harley engine in; Harley-style V-twin yeah, but the ones I've seen haven't been Harleys.

Nik 19-09-2008 07:02 PM

Neither (as others have said :)), and no.

:)

matthewmosse 19-09-2008 07:03 PM

Occ are the epitamy of what I dislike in the custom scene, making things 'different' for bullshit reasons, all for show etc etc. I wonder what percentage of their bikes actually reach, say 1000 miles? If it aint ridden It aint a real bike, just sculpture. Taste wise the bikes that folks inprovise using whats available that are normally outside a tent at rallys are what I like. Maybe more shows should look at them when considering best engineering, less skill in programming a cnc lathe then making parts do jobs they wernt desighned for.

hacky 19-09-2008 07:04 PM

steptoe an son master engineers at your service....lmao.....:D:D

Arent we being a Tad Anal about this , titter ye not Grav yes I said Anal  They have done a couple of Harleys one off top of my head was the so called old school bike paul senior built with cody that I mentioned earlier and Paul Junior rides a screaming eagle HD electraglide. Unless Im much mistaken when Ewan McGregor called in with Charlie on their trip around the world just about every show bike they built was in the shop. They do a range of kit bikes for customers so they would see miles but they are American so they wont lean them over anyway.

Grav 19-09-2008 09:32 PM

S'not fair, I wanna get me titters out.....

snigger..... :D

Neither and no. It's a hardly and the lines are all wrong.

Sir Ewok 19-09-2008 10:39 PM

I have seen a few OCC shows and the engines are H-D specially crated in. What I don't like is the fact that the engine, frame etc is mainly bought in and then they mess them around a bit. For $60,000 I would want something hand-built.....:thumbd:

As for the question...Niether!

Mikesmad 20-09-2008 08:31 AM

No idea and No are my answers......

......now if it had a bit more plastic?

i concur..........:)

slob 20-09-2008 07:08 PM

looks like something I would design... and you all know what my mechanical skills are like. What a piece of sh1t. However I did like their POW MIA bike a couple of years back.

Don't care.........and yes I do! ;):D

droid 20-09-2008 10:59 PM

Don't care.....and no I don't!:D

Contrived.

Might be superb engineering (can't tell from a photo) but rats should 'evolve' and survival bikes should be pragmatic.
Neither criterion is satisfied by the posted example.
