Ok we may have a couple of place available for marshalling the disabled area at the bulldog bash (I will know later, so anyone up for it, please PM me or reply here and i will let you know asap)
this is what it involves
(You must be able to be there by midday on thursday 11th August at the latest although you can go on wednesday if you want)
you get in free to the BB, and you get to camp in the disabled area.
the work involved is on an as required basis
thursday and friday is busy and involves showing people where to put tents, and keeping fire lanes clear, helping put up tents (if req but last year we only did a couple(by we i mean the more able bodied :) ) )
saturday is not as busy and you will be able to come and go, and get rat arsed saturday evening :-), you can get regular breaks to wander round etc..

usually thursday and friday is chaos (although you wont be expected to stand there all day, and as it fills up the easier it gets, the mad rush is the worst)

its not desperate,
we can manage with the peeps we have,
we just might have a couple of spaces extra that might save ppl a couple of quid.

sorry sweetie, but it's good kind offer, am surprised no-one wants to do it (unless they can't)

maybe everyone already has their tickets?

maybe some folk would offer to help out anyway?

Certainly interested matey, but depends on other half's work commitments. I'm on holiday that week. Did the last NABD show & would like to get involved at some level. Will let you know nearer the time if that's any help.

Bit tied up that weekend, Yoda! I'll catch up with you there - if you want, come along and do some photographifying of the custom show marquee at some point when we're closed, so you haven't got people getting in the way. We are having a fabulous lighting rig this year! Hurrah! :D

I'll probably be up there at some point on Tuesday or Wednesday to check how the lighting set up is going, and then back again on Thursday morning. Glyn and Jewel will be there from Thursday onwards.

We'll catch up at some point and sort something out - maybe if you come in first thing Saturday morning? We should have the show mostly set up then, and we probably won't open up until 10am/our third cup of tea/we've had breakfast.
