More air is just like increseing your damping, but go too much and youll be needing new seals, i used 12 psi in last trike forks, recomnded was 6 i think!
Sounds like the anti-dive valve assembly is knackered, Jonny. This has to be replaced as a complete unit. The other way to go is to blank it off as you said and fit progressive springs. Air pressure should be between 6 and 8 psi with the anti-dive fitted, any more and you pop the seals. With it blanked off and progressives fitted you should be able to have an air pressure of between 7 and 14 psi as per non anti-dive Zed's.

Hi Johnny,
If they are Kwak GPZ type anti dive units I would recommend a visit to [URL=http://www.gpz900r.co.uk/gpzzone/home.html]they do overhaul kits for anti dive and in the tech section give some very good advice about anti dive and the problems of just blanking off.
Hope this helps
